Change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, clean and returned with its original packaging. Approved returns include free return shipping. Any original expedited shipping charge is not refundable unless required by law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If the item has a major problem, is unsafe, is materially different from its description, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the consumer protection laws that apply to your order.
How to start a return
Email benjaminchj@mail.com with your name, order number, reason for return and any relevant photos. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the funds after Shopify confirms the refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country or region.
