Where we ship
We ship to selected destinations worldwide. Enter your delivery country at checkout to confirm current availability, pricing and any destination-specific restrictions.
Processing and delivery
We offer free tracked shipping. The current estimate is 6–12 business days within Australia and 8–18 business days for supported international destinations. Estimates are not guarantees and may change during peak periods, public holidays, customs processing or carrier disruptions.
Duties and import taxes
Duties, taxes and customs fees vary by destination. Where they are not collected during checkout, the recipient may need to pay them before delivery. The checkout total will explain what is included.
Tracking
Where tracking is provided by the carrier, we will email it to the address used at checkout after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.
Address problems
Please check your address carefully before paying. If you notice an error, email us immediately with your order number. We cannot promise changes after an order has been dispatched.
Delays or missing parcels
If your tracking has not moved for seven business days or your order has passed its latest estimate, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
