About these terms
These terms apply when you browse Carry-On Lab or buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that the order information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Products and imagery
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and texture may look different across screens. Any image labelled as a concept or visualisation is not final sample photography and will be replaced before the store is scaled.
Prices and orders
Prices are localised by selected market where available. Currency, shipping, duties and taxes are confirmed before payment. An order is accepted when we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, fraud risk or unavailable stock.
Airline rules
We do not control airline baggage policies or gate enforcement. The product is not sold with a guarantee that it will be excluded from a baggage allowance. Customers are responsible for checking and following the current rules that apply to their trip.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited in the country or region where you live.
